Yarraville Supply Optimisation Project

The Project

Design, fabrication and construction of two of 35m diameter x 24m high steel welded storage tanks, the supply and installation of an internal aluminium floating roof, the external coating of both tanks and the internal floor coating of the jet tank.

Scope:

• Initial contract comprised two large storage tanks
• This was then extended to include circa $6m additional SMPE&I works,
  • Fabrication and construction of associated pipework, structures, mechanical pumps and valves
  • Installation and commissioning of associated electrical and instrumentation works, including power, lighting and earthworks, as well as a new substation
